My name is Nick Bacani, and I am a videographer and editor who is passionate about visual storytelling.
My passions have always revolved around sports and cultures. I have loved sports since I was a kid and have always loved capturing the raw emotion of the game, win or lose. My passion for culture and countries originated in sports from watching the World Baseball Classic and the World Cup, but has become so much deeper in trying to see the parallels between people across the world.
I graduated from Villanova University in May 2023 with a BA in Communications, and a specialization in Media Production.
Currently, I am the Digital Content Specialist at an embassy in DC where I cover events and delegations of ambassadors and diplomats. I am in charge of planning production, executing shoots, and piecing together stories in post production.
I have had the opportunity to work for some amazing teams such as Northeastern University Athletics, USA Baseball, and World Lacrosse. My most impactful project was being the Director of Photography and Editor with Oak Tree Films on an award-winning film, “Her Time Is Now.”
In my extra time, I am also the Varsity High School Baseball Head Coach and Assistant Varsity Girl's Basketball Coach at Georgetown Day School.
